About Galley Gourmet Inc.
Galley Gourmet Inc. was established in 1989 by Patricia Vasenden. Patricia was a corporate flight attendant with a flair for food and developed a reputation for delivering great meals to aircrafts at PDK airport. In 1994, after much prayer, Christ led Tom Kiedenger, her brother, to leave his business in Texas and join the Galley Gourmet team in Atlanta. Over the past 30 plus years we have built a great team of culinary and service professionals dedicated to creating the greatest catering possible!
